The Web Manager at the NC State grad school has contacted me with this
problem. She is trying to help a student upload a large dissertation
(18 MB) and she keeps receiving a generic server error. I constructed
an 18.6 MB file and tried it myself, receiving the same error. When we
look at the server logs here in the library we are seeing "out of
memory" messages attached to my submission. Our server manager tells
me that there's lots of RAM and lots of swap space.

Has anyone ever experienced this problem. We're using the Virginia
Tech scripts and have not experienced any major errors before.
