Several institutions updated this document not too long ago, but the question was how does one get the complete sheet once everyone's response was added.

Does anyone have the completely updated sheet that was sent out for the first time in early November 2011?

Subject: Maintain Print Copies?

Hello Everyone!

At the University of Maryland, we are preparing to go before our Graduate Council to make an argument to eliminate the print copies for all future ETDs.  I've been tasked to pull together a list of schools that have eliminated their print copies and I thought the easiest way to accomplish this would be to add a column to the excellent spreadsheet that Dorothea Salo started and anyone who has the time can go in and add their info about their print copies.
