As part of an IMLS grant for ETD Lifecycle Management, I'm charged 
with developing a cost model and I'd like to be able to consider the 
most current information available.

Have you estimated or established costs for your institution's ETD initiative?

I estimated some of Virginia Tech's costs in the late '90s 
[http://scholar.lib.vt.edu/theses/data/setup.html] so they are sorely 
out of date. A few other institutions have also put their information 
online (e.g., Waterloo) but all I've located are somewhat dated also.

If you have any information or any pointers, I'd really appreciate 
hearing from you.

I'll be happy to share what I learn through the listserv. But we'll 
also be sharing our findings and seeking input at various venues over 
the course of the 2-year grant (e.g., Texas ETD and US ETD 
conferences this spring).
