Hello All -
We've instituted an ETD process for the Cal Poly campus, whereby the
students collect the signatures of their committee on a form which is
stored in the Graduate Programs Office. We are looking to use a
similar form as we implement senior project electronic submission for
our campus.
I'm interested in your thoughts about records retention of these forms
with committee/advisor signatures: how long do you hold onto the form
that has the original signatures of the committee? Who is responsible
for retaining those records (the dept, graduate office, library?)
