Good morning Elizabeth,
FSU places the Creative Commons (CC) info on the front page of the
"Florida State University Honors in the Major Program Electronic Honors
Thesis Deposit and Access Agreement Form".
This document has undergone progressive revisions, CC was almost removed
entirely by a non-supporter of open access, and has been approved by
the Undergraduate Honors in the Major Program and FSU Libraries (see
attached).
