I used Textbridge for several years when I was running Windows NT4 and
regularly scanned directly into askSam.
Textbridge installed itself into askSam's 'File' and I ran it from there,
which is to say directly from an Entry Form, and it OCRd my scan directly
into the document.
I have no idea whether it would be as simple from XP as I have not tried it
as yet (I need a new scanner) but since XP is built on NT and 2000, I would
expect it to run similarly.
