Hello all,

I would like to print the User's Guide. Is there a printable version,
ideally in PDF? I know I can "print all documents" from within
AskSam, but the computer on which I use AskSam does not have a
printer attached at the moment, so I need to print the manual out
from a computer that does not have AskSam. (and I don't want to
install AS on that 'puter just to print out one document!)
