Hi Suzie,
I would be happy to participate in your survey.....who exactly is
needed to complete your survey?  I am the Technical director of
Digital Library and Archives and am the supposed technical whiz of
this operation.  Do you want to survey just one person from an ETD
program or more than one.  My Director could give a very different
picture as could the graduate school.  Please let me know who to pass
