My name is Suzie Allard and I am a doctoral candidate working on my
dissertation at the University of Kentucky. I am conducting a study
exploring what issues are important in making the decision to create and
maintain an ETD program.  The results of this research will be used to help
improve the ETD initiative and to identify ways to encourage adoption of
ETDs at more universities.  I am interested in the opinions of individuals
who have been involved with ETDs at their university.

The survey is available online and will take 5-7 minutes to complete.
