We're not familiar with DjVu either. I've checked PDFZone Website at
http://www.pdfzone.com/ but couldn't find any info there (usually the
prime source for pdf anything commercial or free).
From the preliminary info I saw I got the idea that DjVu is more for
scanning and OCR applications. For more detail about DjVu see their Web
info at http://www.djvu.com/solutions/document/

Is anybody using DjVu rather than or in addition to PDF? DjVu files
are
much smaller than PDF, but the viewer (which is a free plugin) does not
come
packaged in browsers, therefore the trade off is a concern.
