Mr.Holly,
No sir, the most recent version of 4.0 can not access 2.0 files properly.
It can open them but the formatting, graphics, frames, ect, will not
display, only the raw text will. Also, opening the file with version 4.0
will not allow SurfSaver to access the file anymore.
